Ships passage through the Kerch Strait is the subject of the Russian legislation
Passage of the Ukrainian ships and vessels of the other countries to the Azov ports through the Kerch Strait will be the subject of the Russian legislation, declared the Managing Partner of the International Legal Service "Interlegal", Arthur Nitsevych on April 15, 2014.
The expert stated there is a hope that the foreign ships passage will be free. Poland has the same situation with the Strait of Baltiysk, which sometimes is blocked by Russia, despite it is the passage not only to Kaliningradm, but the Polish waters as well (Vistula Lagoon).
A.Nitsevych mentioned that the cargo owners are to consider the unpredictable risks, caused by the activity in the Crimea, and unregulated juridical situation.
