APK-Inform Agency presents its first forecast on the production volumes of grains and oilseeds in Russia in 2016. The forecast data are based on the official statistics, analysis of agro-meteorological situation in the country, analysis of the polling of agricultural producers in Russia, which allowed receiving the estimations about the condition of winter crops, announced by agrarians themselves, as well as information about the structure of spring crops areas, and the costs for production of main agricultural crops.
