Conditions for booking in the hotel

Accommodation services are provided on the basis of presence of the application from the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

Conditions of the application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax no later than 10.04.2012.

If the request on cancellation of the application is made later than the dates specified above, the Organizer becomes entitled to deduct the sum of 100% of the cost of booked accommodation from the advance payment of the Company.
