Terms of payment by bank transfer

  • Bank commission is paid by the Participant additionally

Registration fee includes:

  • participation in session meetings in accordance to the conference program;

  • receiving of informational materials of the conference (conference catalogue, list of the conference participants with contact information, reports, presentations);

  • placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue;

  • gala-dinner in honour of the conference participants;

  • welcoming cocktail;

  • coffee-breaks.

Terms of acceptance of the application and payment conditions

 

  • The organizer accepts applications till April 15, 2012, inclusive

  • 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by the organizer according to the participant's application

  • The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature

Payment returnin case of cancellation:

  • - Until March, 1 - 80% of the paid sum is returned

  • - From March, 1 to April, 1 - 50% of the paid sum is returned

  • - After April, 1 - the paid sum is not to be returned
