Leading economist of IGC to tell about the prospects for world grain trading in 2012/13 MY

Within frames of the first session of the seventh International Grain Trading Summit there will be presented the reportof Darren Cooper**,Senior economist of IGC (International Grains Council)* "Condition of the world grain trade in 2011/12 MY, prospects of the season-2012/13".

The report of the expert will be devoted to analysis of the main factors influencing the situation on the international grain market in the current season, and forecasting of the situation development in 2012/13 MY.

* International Grains Council (IGC) is the intergovernmental organization dealing with grain trading. The Council administers the Grains Trade Convention, 1995. The IGC Secretariat, located in London since 1949, also services the Food Aid Committee, established under the Food Aid Convention, 1999.
