FNCL supports the International Trading Summit: Grains & Oilseeds 2013
APK-Inform Agency continues its preparation works for organization of the International Trading Summit: Grains & Oilseeds 2013, which to be held on March 6-7, 2013, in Casablanca (Morocco).
The National Federation of grain traders of Morocco (FNCL) also provides support to the event. In addition, the representatives of the organization have already confirmed their future participation in the conference. Owing good knowledge of the local market they will provide the Summit participants with cooperation between the local grain traders and agricultural cooperatives.
We should note that according to the data of ONICL analysts, in the first 6 months of 2012/13 MY Morocco imported nearly 2.79 mln tonnes of grain, in particular 1.16 mln tonnes of soft wheat. Meanwhile in 2011/12 season the country imported 5.9 mln tonnes of grains, including 2.9 mln tonnes of soft wheat.

FNCL (La Fédération Nationale des Négociants en Céréales et Légumineuses) unites the representatives of Morocco grain and by-products traders. The representatives being in the Federation in total produce and supply on the domestic market nearly 80% of the soft wheat harvested in Morocco and import nearly 90% of grains to the country.
Federation is setting and developing the strong relationship between all the market operators being based on the clear rules of professional behavior in the context of healthy and honest competition.
