In November Ukraine exported the largest batch of maize to China during recent 10 years
According to the official statistics data, in November 2013 Ukraine exported nearly 109 thsd tonnes of maize to China, which became the first major grain delivery to China during recent 10 years. Previously, only 2 times Ukraine realized small-scale shipments of maize to China: 25 tonnes in March, and 58 tonnes in July 2013.
PJSC State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine became the grain supplier in November 2013. In the reporting month the share of China in the general exports of maize from Ukraine totaled 3%.
