Conditions for reservation of accommodation in the hotel "Palmira Palace"

Passway:

• Use taxi from the airport “Simferopol”, taxi bus (it will take 15 min, time interval between taxi is 15-20 min), or trolleybus #9 (28 min, time interval between trolleybuses is 10-15 min) to the railway station of Simferopol.

• From the landside area of the railway station of Simferopol use the interurban trolleybus station “Krymtrolleybus” (2.5 hours), bus station “Kurortnaya” (1.5-2 hours) to Yalta and taxi-bus to Yalta or to Gaspra.

• It is 8 km from the centre of Yalta to the hotel. From the bus station use the regular bus #27 to the station “Kurpaty”, and also the taxi-bus to Gaspra, Miskhor. It will take 25-30 minutes.

 

Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

• Check-in time - 3.00 PM (15.00) local time

• Check-out time - 12.00 local time

• Early and late check-in and check-out are extra charged:

• check-in from 00:00 to 04:00 - with 100% payment of cost per room

• check-in from 00:00 to 10:00 - with 50% payment of cost per room

• check-in after 10:00, if the room of the declared category is ready, without additional payment

• late check-out, if the free rooms are available

• check-out from 12:00 to 21:00 – with 50% payment of cost per room

• check-out after 21:00 with 100% payment of cost per room

 

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax within 10 (ten) days before the day of accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was made later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per night from advance payment of the company.

The prices are indicated with discount and include: breakfast, delivery of luggage, visit of the open and indoor pools, beach, gym, complex of bath services.

Note: prices in USD, EUR, RUR can vary in the case of significant fluctuation of currency rates.

• Single room, В category: area 23 m2

• Single room, A category: area 30 m2

• Suite (double room): area 50 m2. Sitting-room and bedroom. In the bath: Jacuzzi, WC pan, bidet, wash-stand, hair-drier, warm floor.

• "Comfort" rooms have windows to the South.

• Accommodation application is excepted only after payment of the registration fee for participation in the Conference

• Paid applications are the priority in the list of accommodation application
