Terms of payment by bank transfer

• Bank commission is paid by the Participant additionally

• Invoices for payment are valid for 3 bank days from the issued date.

 

Registration fee includes:

• participation of one delegate in the conference;

• receiving of informational materials of the conference (conference catalogue during the conference, reports, presentations after the conference);

• placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue;

• coffee-breaks, lunches;

• ceremonial reception in honour of the conference participants;

• entertainment program.

5% discount is provided to the second, third and forth delegate from the company

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation as the conference sponsor

• Placement of advertisement in the conference catalogue

• PR-program before the conference and during the event

• Providing with consulting services during the preparation for the event by specialists of the Agency

• Assistance in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during its work

Terms of payment: 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by organizer according to the participant's application.

The participants may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.

Payment return in case of cancellation of the conference participation:

• Until March 31 - 80% of the paid sum is returned by the organizer;

• From April 1 to April 30 - 50% of the paid sum is returned by the organizer;

• After April 30 - the paid sum is not to be returned by the organizer.

Accommodation program is provided by organizers for additional fee.
