MY was very eventful for the export market of Russian wheat: vigorous growth of grain prices in terms of the record harvest and devaluation of the national currency rates. Also, there were the active exports of grains in the first half of the season, imposition of the export duties on wheat in the second half of MY, and as a result, some decline of the grain supplies on foreign markets.
