According to operative data as of August 3, 2014, Belarus already harvested grains and pulses throughout the areas of 1.735 mln ha, or 71.5% of the plan. The production volumes totaled 6.905 mln tonnes of grains with the average yield at the level of 3.98 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus.
As of the reporting date, agrarians prepared fields for winter rapeseed planting throughout 137.6 thsd ha (33.2%).
