According to operative data as of August 15, Belarus harvested grains and pulses throughout the areas of 2.28 mln ha, or 96.9% of the plan. The average yield totaled 3.95 t/ha, the production volumes - 9 mln tonnes, reported the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.
Agrarians harvested rapeseed throughout 347.7 thsd ha (87.1%), and produced 794.5 thsd tonnes of the oilseed with the average yield of 2.29 t/ha.
Also, the country started planting winter rapeseed. As of the reporting date Belarus planted rapeseed throughout 14.6 thsd ha (3.5% of the plan).
