In 2015, the planted areas of winter crops in Russia will increase by 0.5 mln ha compared with the index in 2014 - to 17.2 mln ha, declared Alexander Tkachev, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, on August 3.
According to him, the forecast of winter grain planted areas is generally optimistic. It is the small victory, said the Head of the Ministry.
