As of August 6, agrarians harvested 33.162 mln tonnes of early grains and pulses throughout the areas of 9.352 mln ha, or 92% of the plan. The average yield totaled 3.55 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukraine harvested wheat throughout 6.304 mln ha (92%). The production volumes totaled 24.268 mln tonnes, with the yield of 3.85 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested 8.014 mln tonnes of barley throughout 2.671 mln ha (95%), with the yield of 3 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested rye throughout 109 thsd ha (74%). The produced volumes totaled 272 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 2.5 t/ha.
Also, Ukraine harvested 220 thsd tonnes of oats throughout 99 thsd ha (47%), with the yield of 2.23 t/ha.
The peas production volumes reached 385 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 2.3 t/ha. The harvested areas totaled 167 thsd ha (98%).
As for rapeseed, agrarians harvested 1.666 mln tonnes of the oilseed throughout 649 thsd ha (95%), with the average yield of 2.57 t/ha.
We should note that on the same date in 2014, agrarians harvested 31.978 mln tonnes of grains throughout 8.991 mln ha (92%), with the yield of 3.56 t/ha.
