According to the operative data as of October 16, Kazakh agricultural commodity producers harvested grains throughout the areas of 14.628 mln ha, or 99.2% of the planned areas. The country produced 19.435 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 1.33 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a reminder, on the same date last year Kazakhstan harvested 15.49 mln tonnes of grains throughout 12.583 mln ha (84.5%), with the average yield of 1.23 t/ha.
