As of October 26, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 52.584 mln tonnes of grains and pulses throughout the areas of 13.376 mln ha, or 91% of the plan. The average yield totaled 3.93 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukraine harvested corn grain throughout 2.862 mln ha (70%), the produced volumes reached 14.777 mln tonnes, with the yield of 5.16 t/ha.
Ukrainian agrarians harvested buckwheat throughout 140 thsd ha (95%). The production volumes totaled 140 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.15 t/ha. Also, agrarians harvested 209 thsd tonnes of millet throughout 104 thsd ha (98%), with the yield of 2.01 t/ha.
Also, as of the reporting date Ukraine harvested 10.301 mln tonnes of sunflower seed throughout 4.856 mln ha (97%). The average yield totaled 2.12 t/ha.
Ukraine already produced 3.257 mln tonnes of soybeans. The harvested areas reached 1.916 mln ha (90%), with the yield of 1.7 t/ha.
As of October 26, agricultural producers planted winter grains throughout 6.03 mln ha (82%), including 5.252 mln ha of winter wheat and triticale (85%), 141 thsd ha of winter rye (90%), and 637 thsd ha of winter barley (61%).
