As of December 11, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 60.735 mln tonnes of grains and pulses throughout the areas of 14.562 mln ha, or 100% of the plan. The average yield totaled 4.17 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. As a reminder, on the same date last year agrarians produced 64.12 mln tonnes of grains.
In particular, Ukraine harvested corn grain throughout 4.035 mln ha (99%), the produced volumes reached 22.881 mln tonnes, with the yield of 5.67 t/ha.
As of the reporting date, Ukrainian agricultural producers planted winter grains throughout the areas of 6.741 mln ha (91% of the plan). Agrarians of five oblasts still continued planting winter crops. In particular, agrarians planted winter wheat and triticale throughout 5.682 mln ha (92%), winter rye – 146 thsd ha (93%), and winter barley - 913 thsd ha (87%).
