In 2015/16 MY the general grain production in Ukraine (excluding the Crimea) will total 59.707 mln tonnes, declared NGO "Economic discussion club", and supported by the Interdepartmental working group under the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine.
As of the beginning of 2015/16 MY, grain stocks are estimated at 10.962 mln tonnes. Thus, the total supply of grains will reach 70.83 mln tonnes.
The domestic market demand is forecasted at 27.128 mln tonnes of grains, including 13.003 mln tonnes of wheat, 416 thsd tonnes of rye, 4.52 mln tonnes of barley, and 7.825 mln tonnes of corn.
As of the end of the season-2015/16, the ending stocks are estimated at 6.244 mln tonnes of grains.
