As of July 22, agrarians harvested 21.34 mln tonnes of early grains and pulses throughout the areas of 5.88 mln ha, or 61% of the plan (9.6 mln ha, according to estimations). The average yield totaled 3.63 t/ha. At the same time, on the same date in 2015 agrarians harvested 16.917 mln tonnes of grains throughout 5.2 mln ha, with the yield of 3.25 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, as of the reporting date Ukraine harvested wheat throughout 3.554 mln ha (57%). The production volumes totaled 13.806 mln tonnes, with the yield of 3.88 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested 6.826 mln tonnes of barley throughout 2.093 mln ha (73%), with the yield of 3.26 t/ha.
According to the announcement, Ukraine harvested 44 thsd tonnes of rye throughout 20 thsd ha (14%). The average yield totaled 2.22 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested oats throughout 9 thsd ha (4%). The production volumes totaled 21 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 2.29 t/ha.
Also, peas production volumes reached 643 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 3.17 t/ha. The harvested areas totaled 203 thsd ha (85%).
As for winter rapeseed, agrarians harvested 846 thsd tonnes of the oilseed throughout 327 thsd ha (72%), with the average yield of 2.59 t/ha.
