Crimea completed the planting campaign of winter crops throughout the areas of 437 thsd ha, an increase of 15 thsd ha compared with last year, declared the Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk on November 1.
In particular, winter wheat planted areas totaled 300 thsd ha, he said.
According to Yu.Gotsanyuk, Crimean agrarians started preparing the soil for planting of early spring crops and late grain crops.
