In the current year, the general grain harvest in Russia can reach 117.5-118 mln tonnes in clean weight, declared the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Gromyko on December 7.
According to him, it is the minimum possible volume. E.Gromyko reminded that the Ministry of Agriculture makes such calculations taking into account the loss allowance at the rate of 6%.
According to the Ministry, as of December 6 the harvest volumes of grains in bunker weight totaled 125.1 mln tonnes. Thus, taking into account the loss allowance at 6%, the grain harvest in clean weight totaled 117.6 mln tonnes.
As a reminder, previously the Ministry declared the forecast at the level of 117 mln tonnes.
