As of March 31, Ukrainian agrarians planted early spring grains and pulses throughout the areas of 1.216 mln ha, or 51% of the forecast, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, agrarians planted spring wheat throughout 76 thsd ha (40%), peas — 241 thsd ha (87%), spring barley — 819 thsd ha (47%), and oats — 80 thsd ha (39%).
