In 2017, Kazakhstan plans to plant agricultural crops throughout nearly 21 mln ha, including 15 mln ha of grain crops, declared the press-service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan on May 16.
Agrarians will complete the spring field works within the established time limits, said the Vice-Minister of Agriculture, Toleutai Rakhimbekov.
Also, Kazakhstan will plant corn, rice, oilseed crops, perennial grasses, melon crops, sugar beet and cotton seed.
