As of September 15, Kazakhstan harvested 15.091 mln tonnes of grain crops throughout the areas of 11.891 mln ha, or 78.3% of the plan. The average yield totaled 1.27 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In particular, Akmola oblast harvested over 3.6 mln tonnes of new crop grains throughout 79.4% of the planned areas, with the average yield at 1.06 t/ha. Kostanay oblast harvested nearly 3.8 mln tonnes of grains throughout 79.5% of the planned areas, with the average yield at 1.14 t/ha. Agrarians of North Kazakhstan oblast harvested grains throughout 73.9% of the planned areas. The production totaled 3.5 mln tonnes, with the average yield at 1.58 t/ha.
