In March agrocomplex Yuzhniy along with several other companies (total value of all assets - 29.5 bln RUR) that are to be acquired by VTB subsidiary were integrated to the authorized capital of the United Energy Company (its owner - Moscow mayor's office).
According to Head of the Property Department of Moscow, Vladimir Efimov, the assets were included to the medium-term program of privatization, but were not sold due to lack of demand. Therefore they were integrated to UNECO to get funds on core business development.
