The President of Azerbaijan Republic, Ilham Aliyev approved amendments to the law "On Customs Tariff", providing the complete exemption of agricultural equipment, production machinery and units, imported to the country by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, from payment of the customs duties and VAT, informed the official website of the President.
The entrepreneurs who received the documents on investment promotion from the Ministry of Economy, will be able to take advantage of the reporting customs privileges. From the date of receipt of the reporting documents, entrepreneurs will be exempt from the customs duties and VAT for seven years.
