Cancellation of the export duties on Russian wheat has to be unlimited, declared the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Arkady Dvorkovich on October 1.
According to him, the Government canceled the customs duties for 2 years, but the officials do not plan to restore the duties at all. They requested grain exporters to set any possible date, but it does not mean that the Government will impose the duties again. A.Dvorkovich is sure that the officials will take the corresponding decision in two years.
