The Government of Russia does not plan to return to the practice of imposition of the customs duties on grain exports in the future, declared the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Arkady Dvorkovich, on November 18.
According to him, the authorities are 99% sure that Russia will not return to the export duties on wheat.
As a reminder, according to the active legislation the Government zeroed down the export duties for Russian wheat until July 1, 2018.
