In 2011 Russia produced 9 mln tonnes of flour – Rosstat

According to the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), in 2011 in Russia the production volumes of crude sunflower oil and its fractions decreased by 2.9% compared to the index of 2010, and totaled 2.5 mln tonnes.

Wheat flour and wheat-rye production volumes reached the level of 9 mln tonnes, an increase of 1.3%. The country produced 223 thsd tonnes of buckwheat groats, down 13.8%.
