Ukraine: agro-industrial company "Creative Group" plans to increase production of soy products by 2.7 times in 2013

In 2013 the agro-industrial company "Creative Group", one of the leading producers of fat-and-oil commodities in Ukraine, plans to increase the production and sales of soy products in 2.7 times - to 185 thsd tonnes. According to the press-service of the Group, in 2013 the production of soybean meal will increase to 146 thsd tonnes against 54 thsd tonnes in 2012, soybean oil - to 39 thsd tonnes against 14 thsd tonnes.

At the same time, the company noted that nearly 40% of the produced soybean meal and 45% of the oil to be supplied on foreign markets.

In 2013 Creative Group expects to keep the production volumes of fats and margarine at the last year level - 95-100 thsd tonnes.

The agro-industrial company "Creative Group" is one of the leaders of the market of fats and margarines with the market share of over 30%. The group owns 3 plants for processing of sunflower seed with the general annual capacity of nearly 1.1 mln tonnes. Also, Creative Group owns 4 plants for production of modified fats and margarines with the general annual production capacity of more than 200 thsd tonnes of finished products. Besides, the company is engaged in processing of soybeans, and continues developing the agricultural business, which includes plant growing enterprises, pellet processing plant and cattle-breeding complex. The company produces fat-and-oil commodities under trade marks "Sonola", "Delikon" and "Divnoe".
