Kazakhstan: in 2012, the volume of agricultural production fell by 17.8%

In January-December of 2012 the volume of agricultural production in Kazakhstan totaled 1.939 tln KZT, a decrease of 17.8% compared with the same period of 2011, reported the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the statistics data, in the livestock industry the production indices formed the sum of 1.016 tln KZT (down 3.9%), the plant growing industry - 917.6 bln KZT (down 27.7%).
