Russia: duty for grain imports may be zeroed
The Ministry of Agriculture considers the possibility of imposition of zero duty for grain imports, declared Nikolai Fedorov, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, on January 31.
The Minister added, that it is possible to zero the duty, though far everyone approves that.
At the same time N.Fedorov stated, that on February 1 the possibility of the grain import duties cancellation to be considered during the government session.
As a reminder, few days ago Illya Shestakov, the Deputy Head of the Ministry, stated that the Ministry refused from the idea of imposition of zero duty for grain imports.
