Issue on grain import duties cancellation to be worked out shortly – Dvorkovich
On February 1, the Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation A.Dvorkovich charged the Government with working out the issue on the grains import duties cancellation and preparing of the necessary agreed decisions on this issue.
As it is stated, A.Dvorkovich charged with the stated issue on the results of consideration of the introduced offer on the wheat, rye, barley and maize import duties cancellation till August 1, 2013.
In addition, at a meeting chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, it was decided to expand the bases of grain supplies within the state commodity interventions and participatory exchange trading.
A.Dvorkovich also noted that since the state commodity interventions provision from the intervention fund there was sold over 1.5 mln tonnes of grain at the total of over 13 bln RUR on the exchange trades.
