Ukraine: in January 2013 Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk increased cargo turnover by 32%

In the first month of 2013 the cargo turnover of SE "Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk" totaled 1.482 mln tonnes, an increase of 362 thsd tonnes, or up 32% compared with the same index in 2012, informed the press-service of the port.

According to the announcement, since the beginning of the year the port processed 453 thsd tonnes of general, 122 thsd tonnes of liquid and 908 thsd tonnes of dry bulk cargoes.

The port increased grain shipment by 98% (to 186 thsd tonnes) compared with January 2012.
