Russia: import duties on grains may be canceled in the near future – A.Dvorkovich
Russia can impose the zero customs duty on grain imports to the country in the near future, declared Arkady Dvorkovich, Prime Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on February 11.
At the same time, he declined to give more accurate date of entry into force of the Government's decision, saying only that it may happen in the I quarter of the current year.
As a reminder, to date in Russia the import duty on grains totals 5%.
