In February 2013 Ukraine to export nearly 1.6 mln tonnes of grains – N.Prysyazhnyuk
In February 2013 the general grain exports from Ukraine may reach nearly 1.6 mln tonnes, declared Nikolai Prysyazhnyuk, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, on February 20.
He said that since the beginning of February, Ukraine already supplied 1.1 mln tonnes of grains on foreign markets.
At the same time, N.Prysyazhnyuk noted that realization of the export contracts has halted. It is very important for Ukraine not to reduce the volume of grain exports, and the Ministry hopes that it will increase, concluded the Head of Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
