Ukraine: as of March 15, agrarians planted spring grain crops throughout 454 thsd ha

As of March 15, in Ukraine agrarians planted early grains and pulses throughout the areas of 454 thsd ha, or 15% of the forecast, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

In particular, the planted areas of barley totaled 369.8 thsd ha, wheat - 2.3 thsd ha, oats - 16.4 thsd ha, peas - 59.8 thsd ha.

To date, agrarians provide the planting campaign of spring crops in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Nikolayev, Odessa and Kherson oblasts and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
