The Ministry of the Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine presented in Verkhovna Rada the government Draft Law «On changes introduction into the law of Ukraine», stated the Ministry on September 10.
In particular, the Draft Law proposes to cancel the grain “domestic” certification while shipping it to the elevators, because there is the appropriate procedure in ports – grain certification for exports.
The acceptance of the stated document is the next stage in the process of deregulation of the agrarian market, initiated by the Ministerof Agrarian Policy and Food Nikolai Prysyazhnyuk.
In particular, there will be reduced the cost of grain logistics. Thus, grain producer to save funds while shipping grain in the ports, meanwhile grain traders will optimize the process of the grain exportation.
