In 2013 Russia to harvest over 90 mln tonnes of grains – N.Fedorov
In 2013 the general grain harvest in Russia will exceed the level of 90 mln tonnes in clean weight, declared Nikolai Fedorov, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, on December 16.
In particular, the wheat production will total 50 mln tonnes, said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture.
And in 2014 the country is expected to produce 95 mln tonnes of grains, including 55 mln tonnes of wheat. According to N.Fedorov, achievement of the reporting indicator will completely meet the domestic demand of the country and its export potential.
