Ukraine to expand the list agricultural commodities supplied to China – expert
To date, Ukraine already received the ability to export maize, soybeans and barley to China, and plans to continue expanding the list of agricultural commodities supplied to China, declared Vadim Chaikovsky, Head of the section of plant quarantine of the phytosanitary security department of the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine.
In particular, he noted that in 2014 there is planned to make the certification of wheat and rapeseed for the exports to China. Also, Ukraine is interested to begin supplies of sunflower oil and meal on the Chinese market.
Moreover, V.Chaikovsky noted that there is discussed the possibility of exports of animal products to China.
