Russia to continue developing the grain pool with Ukraine and Kazakhstan
Russia will continue to work to found the Black Sea grain pool together with Ukraine and Kazakhstan, despite the political instability in Ukraine, declared Arkady Dvorkovich, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on December 13.
According to Ilya Shestakov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, the Ministry continues working to realize the reporting project.
As a reminder, according to the agreement reached at the last meeting of the heads of Governments of the three countries in October 2013, the parties will submit joint proposals for foundation of the grain pool for approval of their governments in the first quarter of 2014.
