Ukraine: construction of the deep-sea port in the Crimea at Chinese investments
Construction of the deep-sea port in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea at the financial resources of Chinese investors is possible only after a positive opinion of ecologists, declared Anatoly Mogilev, Head of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, on December 24.
He noted that Crimean scientists-ecologists noted about the threat of erosion of beaches and the process of destruction of so-called golden sands at the beaches of western Crimea, due to the planned construction of the deep-sea port in the village Frunze of Saki district.
At the same time, A.Mogilev said that the reporting object is quite required for the autonomy.
He noted that the project can be realized in the area of lake Kyzyl-Yar near the village Frunze of Saki district, the lake Donuzlav of Saki district, or one of the sea bays near Kerch.
The investor proposed the list of reporting places for the future construction. If at least one of them gets the conclusion of environmentalists that the natural balance is disturbed there, then it will not receive any endorsement unequivocally, said A. Mogilev.
