Group of companies "UkrAgroCom" and "Hermes-Trading" plan to increase the exports of grains and oilseeds in 1.7 times
The Group of companies "UkrAgroCom" and "Hermes-Trading" plans to export 500 thsd tonnes of grains and oilseeds in 2013/14 MY, an increase of 1.7 times compared with export volumes of the group in the previous season, declared Yuri Skichko, Director of the company, on January 16.
According to him, the company will mainly export maize, wheat, barley and sunflower seed, but Y.Skichko did not specify to which countries the Group intends to export agricultural crops.
The group of companies "UkrAgroCom" and "Hermes-Trading" is an agricultural corporation that is developing dynamically and specializes in the production of grains and oilseeds, growing pigs and cattle and grain trading. To date the group operates throughout nearly 70 thsd ha of land in Kirovograd oblast. Besides, "UkrAgroCom" and "Hermes-Trading" own several elevators with the simultaneous storage capacity of 350 thsd tonnes of grains, and farms with more than 4.5 thsd heads of cattle, and more than 11.5 thsd heads of pigs.
