There was excluded the standard on extension the zero value added tax when dealing with grains and industrial crops, from the state budget of Ukraine for 2014, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 16.

At the same time, the budget committee recommended to the people's deputies to vote for separate government draft law #3863, providing a reprieve of the VAT refund when dealing with grain trading operations until January 1, 2016.

As a reminder, during 2013 period agricultural association repeatedly appealed to the authorities to recover the VAT on export operations with grains, stating that postponement of the tax return to agrarians may be considered as obstruction to free trade processes.

On January 11 the Cabinet of Ministers registered the draft law #3863, which will extend the zero VAT on trading operations with grains and industrial crops until January 1, 2016.
