Since the beginning of 2013/14 MY, and as of January 31, 2014, Ukraine already exported 21.5 mln tonnes of grains, an increase of 34.5% compared with the same period last season, reported the press-service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, wheat export volumes totaled 6.96 mln tonnes (including 5.64 mln tonnes of milling wheat), barley - 2.1 mln tonnes, maize – 12.3 mln tonnes.
In addition, since the beginning of 2013/14 MY Ukraine exported 2.8 mln tonnes of oilseeds, including 2 mln tonnes of rapeseed and 0.8 mln tonnes of soybeans.
