Ukraine: Prime Minister informed that China sued Ukraine for compensation of 3 bln USD of agricultural credit
On February 27, 2014, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine, informed that the People's Republic of China requires Ukraine to compensate 3 bln USD by judicial means, previously granted under the state guarantees of credit funds.
According to him, Ukraine received a number of lawsuit for compensation of credits and return of funds, provided to the previous Government of the country. To date some international courts consider the lawsuit for recovery of 3 bln USD, obtained under the state guarantees from the People's Republic of China. But location of 3 bln USD is not established yet, A.Yatsenyuk said.
