Ukraine: in the last week of February, the sea ports exported 573.4 thsd tonnes of grains
According to the monitoring data by experts of APK-Inform Agency, in the period of February 24 – March 2, 2014, the volume of grain export shipments from the sea ports of Ukraine reached the level of 573.4 thsd tonnes, against 704.5 thsd tonnes in the previous week. In particular, in the reporting period the exports of wheat lowered to the level of 57.7 thsd tonnes (90.5 thsd tonnes, shipped in the period of February 17-23), maize – 506.5 thsd tonnes (606.6 thsd tonnes), peas – 2.6 thsd tonnes, and wheat bran – 6.6 thsd tonnes.
