Russia continues working on foundation of the grain pool with Ukraine and Kazakhstan - Vice Prime Minister
Russia continues to negotiate with Ukraine and Kazakhstan on the future foundation of the Black Sea grain pool, and hopes to reach the positive decision on the issue, declared Arkady Dvorkovich, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on March 11.
According to him, the parties provide consultations to form the integrated structure. A.Dvorkovich hopes that the agreement to be reached in the coming months.
