The European Commission has today (March 11) adopted a proposal for temporarily removing customs duties on Ukrainian exports to the EU, including cutting tariffs on 82.2% of Ukraine's agricultural goods.
The EU executive outlined that the support would benefit the Ukrainian economy by around €500 million - €400m of which would be due to tariff reductions in the agricultural sector.
