The state council of the Crimea nationalized the integral property complexes of enterprises being previously under the control of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, located on the peninsula. The decision was accepted on March 17, 2014.
The expert declared that the Dispatch Center APK is founding the dispatch system for small size vessels safe movement in the Azov and Black Seas.
There are the following objects in the list: The Kerch ferry crossing, the Kerch commercial seaport, the Kerch fishery seaport, the Feodosia commercial seaport, the Yalta commercial seaport, the Sevastopol commercial seaport, the Sevastopol fishery seaport, the Yevpatoria fishery seaport.
Besides, the Republic also nationalized the property of the State Enterprise “Administration of Maritime ports of Ukraine” and the state institution «Goshydrographya».
The management body of the nationalized objects as of to date is The Republican Committee of Transport and Communication of the Crimea.
